Sonnate is an AI assistant studio which build bespoke AI concierges for luxury hair salons and other SMBs. The core product is a booking and engagement system which is deeply integrated with the salon's existing booking and scheduling systems. The product is design to solve key customer blockages like deciding which stylist to book with. Sonnate agents provide tailored guidance to these users via a chatbot widget on the client's site, which is connected to a carefully curated RAG system of salon-specific information and system prompt.
